Technical Support
MindModel Corporation's goal is to produce world-class products that don't require support. When you do need support, we strive to provide you with the very best support possible. To that end, we ask that when you do call you have the following information readily available. Doing so will enable our Support Specialists to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
Required Information
In order to resolve your support issue, we ask that you provide the following information:
1) Your name
2) Company Name
3) Daytime phone number
4) MindModel product name
5) Product Version Number - Look at the top of the MindModel screen to find the version number.
System Information
MindModel also provides an easy way to show important information about your computer. This information will be useful in assisting our Support Specialists in resolving your issue. Please follow these steps:
1) Start MindModel. If you cannot install or start MindModel, we apologize. Skip the next three steps.
2) Choose "About" from the Help Menu. MindModel will display the About Window.
3) Click the System Info button. MindModel will display the System Information Window.
4) Choose "Print" from the File menu.
