1.7 - Windows - Statement Window
The Statement Window

The Statement Window, pictured above, displays the statement currently selected in the Statements List of the Model Window.
How do I open the Statement Window?
To open the Statement Window, choose "Statement Window" from MindModel's View Menu.
The Statement Window will open below the Model Window.
When should I use the Statement Window?
There are two situations in which the Statement Window is useful.
1) When the currently-selected statement is very long, and you can't see the entire statement without scrolling the Statements List.
In this situation, you can open the Statement Window so it is large enough to display the entire statement.
As soon as you select a statement in the Statements List, the Statement Window will display the selected statement.
2) When you want to copy part of a statement to the Windows Clipboard.
The Windows Clipboard is the feature of Microsoft Windows that allows you to copy and paste information from one program to another.
If you want to copy part of a statement, you can use the Statement Window to display the statement, then select the part of the statement you want to copy.
Right-click on the selected part of the statement, then choose "Copy" from the menu that appears.
Move to the place (such as an email or a document in a word processor) where you want to paste the information, right-click again, and choose "Paste".
