verb

The verb is the part of the statement between the subject noun and the object noun.

For example, in the statement:

person: Kent Ortiz <knows how to use> software package: Adobe Photoshop

the verb is "knows how to use".

How many verbs are in the MindModel Grammar?

There are over 600 verbs in the MindModel Grammar.

To make the verbs easier to find, they are organized into 32 verb categories.

You can see the verbs and verb categories in the "Help Menu: Help with Verb Types Window".

NOTE: "Verb" and "verb type" are the same thing.

Why do we need to use standard verbs?  Why can't I make up my own verbs?

For information on why it's necessary to have standard verbs, refer to the section: "Key Concepts: Rules of the Game".  This section also explains how you can get what you want (the ability to store your own specific ideas) without adding verbs to MindModel.
