Software License Agreement
Carefully read the following terms and conditions BEFORE installing this software package. Installing and/or using the software indicates your complete and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Software license agreement
MindModel Corporation grants a non-exclusive software license to the original Purchaser of this package to use the software on a single computer at a time. You may, at a later date, elect to use the software on a different computer than the computer on which the software was originally installed, as long as the use of the software is limited to a SINGLE computer at a time.
Terms
This software is owned by MindModel Corporation and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material except that you may a) make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes, or b) transfer the software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.
You may copy any written materials accompanying the software for your own personal use only. You may not rent or lease the software, but you may transfer the software and accompanying written materials on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. If the software is an update, any transfer must include the update and all prior versions. You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the software.
This license agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license agreement at any time by destroying the program and documentation together with any copies made.
